How to Access Discounts
Keep your membership card with you at all times to easily present it at participating providers. You must present your membership card at the time of service to receive a discount. If you lose your membership card, log in to the MEMBER PORTAL to request a new membership card, as well as to view your plan information, find a participating pharmacy and more.
When booking an appointment, provide your name and member ID number to the participating provider. The provider may verify your participation using Careington's provider portal. Also, be sure to present your membership ID card at the time of your appointment. If you would like a provider that does not participate in the network to become a participating provider, you may nominate the provider of your choice using the Provider Search Tool.

How Telemedicine Works
Go to dialcare.com to create your account. Fill out your medical history and describe your symptoms online or over the phone with a trained DialCare representative.
Request a video or telephonic consultation with a DialCare physician.
A DialCare physician will accept and perform the requested consultation.
